LooksMaxxed AI provides general cosmetic and wellness information for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use LooksMaxxed AI. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Peptide Information
The optional peptide educational library is for informational purposes only. LooksMaxxed AI does not recommend, endorse, or provide guidance on the use of any peptide or research chemical. These substances carry significant risks and should only be considered under a physician’s supervision.
AI Output Limitations
AI output may be incomplete, subjective, or incorrect. Appearance scores are motivational cosmetic and grooming estimates, not scientific measurements, identity determinations, health assessments, or measures of personal worth. Review recommendations before acting on them.
Free and Pro Access
Free includes one appearance scorecard. Deleting generated content does not restore that lifetime account allowance. Pro unlocks execution features while the subscription is active and is subject to reasonable security, provider-capacity, and abuse-prevention limits.
Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected during Stripe Checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewal from Settings through Stripe’s customer portal. Canceling through the portal normally preserves access through the paid period shown there. Permanently deleting an account cancels active billing immediately without an automatic prorated refund because the associated service account is also removed.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, charges already processed are non-refundable. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Limitation of Liability
LooksMaxxed AI is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of information generated by this platform.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
